  • Where is OuiOats located?
    We are located at Dare Training Club, our partner gym! Address: Keppel Bay Tower, 1 HarbourFront Avenue, #01-03, Singapore 098632
  • What are your operating hours?
    Our shop is open from Monday to Friday from 8:30AM to 6PM and Saturday 8:30AM to 2PM. Any online orders made outside of our operating hours will be attended to on the next working day.
  • What are overnight oats?
    Overnight oats are different from traditional oatmeal because they are not cooked. They are made by soaking our raw oats in plant-based milk overnight to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften. This kick-starts the fermentation process which enhances the growth of healthy bacteria to restore and balances the microflora within your digestive tract, promoting optimum vitality naturally.
  • Is OuiOats good for you?
    Yes, we believe it is! Oats are an ancient grain that have been appreciated and utilised for thousands of years. Oats contain more protein than most grains, rich in source of fibre and high in essential vitamins and powerful antioxidants, making them one of the healthiest and most nutritious grains on earth. Combining superfood ingredients together with the overnight soaking process, our oats are key to unlocking essential nutrients, aid in digestion and increase nutrient absorption.
  • How do I enjoy OuiOats?
    We encourage you to enjoy our overnight oats cold, as our products are designed to be consumed cold and are delivered straight from our refrigerator. Simply open, stir and enjoy the creamy oats with our delicious toppings.
  • What is the size difference between Original and Large?
    The difference is the amount of oats we use for the oats base. The amount of toppings stays the same. We use 1/2 cup of oats for our original size; 3/4 cup of oats for our large size.
  • How long will my OuiOats stay fresh and how should I store it?
    OuiOats is a fresh, ready-to-eat product without any preservatives or artificial ingredients. We recommend eating it straight away! We always want you to have the freshest experience, so please store OuiOats in the fridge if not consumed immediately. OuiOats has a shelf life of 4-5 days if stored in the refrigerator. We recommend consuming your oats within two (2) hours if there are fruits in your oats as the fruits will oxidize.
  • Do you use any refined sugar in your overnight oats?
    To the extent that we can, we do not use any refined sugars in any of our products. You may taste some sweetness in some of our products, which is derived from either maple syrup or medjool dates.
  • Is OuiOats gluten-free?
    No, we generally do not use gluten-free oats for our overnight oats. Interesting fact – studies have shown that oats have no adverse effect on the symptoms of patients with celiac disease. If you are still concerned with gluten contamination, please contact us and we can prepare our products using certified gluten-free oats for you.
  • Is OuiOats organic?
    While we are not officially certified organic, we use organic ingredients as much as possible. We have ethically sourced our ingredients by opting for certified organic or local ingredients to curate healthy meals that are inclusive, nutrient-dense and sustainably-driven.
  • Is OuiOats dairy-free / vegan?
    Most of the items on our menu are dairy-free and vegan friendly with 100% plant-based ingredients, except for Greek yogurt. We’d be happy to swap it with vegan yogurt for you upon request.
  • Is OuiOats Halal-certified?
    We are not halal certified at the moment, but we strictly do not use any pork, lard, or alcoholic ingredients in our entire kitchen, unless otherwise stated.
  • What are the ingredients and nutrition facts?

  • My order confirmation email hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
    Your confirmation email might be delayed or hidden in your spam folder, so please check your spam folder. If your email still hasn’t arrived after an hour, please send an email to us at contact@ouioats.com so we can check if you order has been processed.
  • Can I make any changes to my order or cancel it after my order has been confirmed?
    Any changes to your order will be subject to availability and as each product is specially prepared for you, Oui Oats retains the discretion to attend to any requests for changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@ouioats.com. As a general policy, we do not accept any cancellation of orders.
  • I have received the wrong item / my item is damaged. Can I get a refund?
    We are sorry you have received an incorrect or damaged item. We request that you notify us immediately (with your order number) and provide a picture of your order to allow us to investigate the claim. In the case of damaged or incorrect products, you must also retain such products and all packaging for inspection by us. Please note that all notifications must be submitted via email to contact@ouioats.com within 2 hours after your order was received. Any requests received after such time will not be entertained.
  • What is your return policy?
    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you experience an issue with your orders, please email us at contact@ouioats.com.
  • What is your delivery / collection policy?
    Delivery We deliver islandwide on Wednesday 9AM-12PM. Delivery fee varies between $5-$12 per location (delivery fee is paid 100% to our courier). Minimum order amount is $15 within 12km; $30 above 12km. 2km: $5 6km: $8 9km: $10 12km+: $12 Collection We also offer collection at Harbourfront from Monday to Friday from 9AM-8PM, Saturday from 9am to 2pm. Please select a suitable delivery/collection time when making your order online. If you have any specific request, please feel free to email contact@ouioats.com.
  • Can I change my delivery or collection method?
    As a general policy, we do not accept any changes to the collection date, time or collection method after the order has been confirmed. We reserve the discretion to reject any changes to the collection date, time or collection method without any refunds.
  • Do you do custom orders?
    We will be offering BYOB (Build Your Own Bowl) in the near future! Do reach out at contact@ouioats.com if you have any new ideas/suggestions for us, and let's see what we can do!
